Head of Growth

At Feeld we are on a mission to normalise sexuality. We are building an inclusive, humanist product welcoming people in relationships or not to meet like-minded others.

We're looking for an energetic, experienced and self-motivated human to join our remote team and make a change in how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships. We need someone to head our growth and marketing efforts and help us reach more people, grow our community, expand our reach and change the world. You will join a small team of super talented, mission oriented humans spread across the world.

As Head of Growth you will be responsible for the creation and execution of Feeld's acquisition strategy. You will drive improved ROI through performance marketing, scale to new digital channels, promote a lean growth framework, work closely with Product and Communications to align efforts.

As all of us do, your role will stretch to various parts of the business. You'll become the owner of all paid performance marketing. You'll lead all things growth; promoting successes and communicating learnings from failed experiments to the entire team. You will work closely with the Communications team to help implement and track success of their efforts. You'll leverage and optimize our online content, including blog posts, landing pages, Feeld Events promotions, video and whatever else you find makes sense! You'll work with product to ensure development and growth priorities align.

Ideally you have several examples of ideas you've created which sparked growth. You implement those ideas quickly and they often become viral. You leverage your creativity to build engaging acquisition funnels around your ideas.
