Employee Engagement Specialist

We're looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to join our all remote team and help create working environments that enable people to live a meaningful, fulfilled life.

At Feeld we are creating a world where women can explore their desires without judgement and couples can design their relationships. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist whose personal values align with our company's Core Values.

As the Employee Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for keeping in close touch with the excellent humans who work at Feeld to ensure that each team member of our all remote organization has the opportunity to grow and play an active part in fulfilling our mission.


What you will do:

  • Career development coaching and implement learning & development opportunities according to budget
  • Own and drive employee engagement initiatives based on data from engagement surveys in Lattice
  • Lead the company's DEI initiatives
  • Lead the company's application for B-Corp Certification
  • Organize team-building activities including in-person and off-site meetings and virtual events
  • Launch and maintain wellness initiatives


About you:

  • Well-developed emotional intelligence
  • You've developed impactful HR initiatives for all remote, globally distributed organizations
  • You display a high degree of empathy via video conferencing technologies


Bonus points:

  • 2+ years implementing and leading DEI initiatives
  • Knowledge of work style assessments such as MBTI, Enneagram, DISC, etc. with proven success in utilizing these for team building
  • Working knowledge of Slack, Notion, Lattice
