Growth Marketing Optimiser

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Optimiser to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality, and relationships.

You will be responsible for ensuring all initiatives within the Growth Marketing function are running as efficiently and smoothly as possible and will be a driving force in ensuring experimentation is a mindset and a process spread throughout the Growth team and beyond.

To be right for this role, you should have experience within the global app marketing space including experience in ASO, SEO, CRO & performance marketing.

What you will do

  • Partner with the head of the Growth Marketing function in optimizing all growth initiatives, plans & campaigns including, but not limited to performance marketing, affiliate marketing, CRO, SEO, ASO, Offline Media & growth experimentation
  • Provide ongoing channel analysis and reporting to assist in creating optimization recommendations for our ever-evolving growth marketing strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Data & Product teams to create engaging and progressive user journeys through creative briefing, production & testing
  • Design effective A/B and multivariate tests across the end-to-end conversion journeys, analyze test results to provide relevant insights, and make recommendations based on outcomes/results (e.g. from creative testing on display channels to screenshot testing on App Store to CRO tests on our website)
  • Partner with the Creative team in the ongoing development and implementation of our global ASO strategy
  • Ensuring the workflow of the function and its marketing materials are operating with world-class quality
  • Liaise with third-party growth partners ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

  • You will have the ability to plan and prioritize work while managing multiple projects
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills for efficient stakeholder management
  • You will be inquisitive and creative in identifying and resolving any growth blockers

Our interview process

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have about our culture and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences. in order to provide our hiring manager greater insight into how you’ll
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to being successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld culture.
  • The final step in our interview process is a final call to follow up with any questions you have that have been left unanswered at this stage of your application.
  • We generally make an offer within one week of our final call and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the Monday after confirming our offer is accepted.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
