Dare to discover: Feeld’s bold invitation to Amsterdam to explore themselves through others

The only dating app geared towards the individual – not the relationship – gives the green light for people to find their desires, their community, and perhaps most importantly, themselves.

Feeld, the unapologetically bold dating app for curious and open-minded individuals, is taking over Amsterdam from July 16th to 20th with its ‘F*ck Around and Find Out’ initiative. This campaign encourages residents to explore new dimensions of connection, sexuality, and relationships.

Feeld’s ‘F*ck Around and Find Out’ campaign, developed in collaboration with creative agency 72andSunny, transforms Amsterdam into a vibrant playground of self-discovery. Embracing Amsterdam’s sex-positive spirit, they’ll flood Reguliersdwarsstraat with green lights, creating the Green Light District—a community hub of safer, open-minded spaces for exploration and connection.

“Amsterdam is the perfect stage for our boldest campaign yet,” said Ashley Dos Santos, Head of Communications at Feeld. “With F*ck Around and Find Out’, we’re not just promoting an app; we’re igniting a movement of sexual freedom and fearless self-exploration, all while supporting the city’s vibrant local businesses.”

Throughout the week, Feeld will partner with local businesses, transforming venues into parts of Feeld’s campaign. From creative spaces like WIHH and Pansy, to bars and restaurants like Kanaal40, Bar Bacan, and Lellebel, Feeld is creating a network of inclusive spaces for connection and exploration. The dating app will also flood the canals of Amsterdam with boats that highlight the various desires and discoveries experienced by Feeld Members on the platform.

“We have personally experienced what is possible through Feeld by literally F*cking Around and Finding Out," shares Eden Chiang, Co-Founder of The Oh Collective, a sexual wellness brand based in Amsterdam and London, and local partner. “It's important to have not just online but also local communities in person where we can come together and connect with people who are dedicated to exploration, consent, and being vulnerable and authentic without judgment."

    About Feeld

Feeld is the dating app for the curious; those open to experiencing people and relationships in new ways. Founded in 2014 by Ana Kirova and Dimo Trifonov, Feeld challenges cultural scripts around gender, sexuality, and dating on a global scale. The platform creates a safer space online and IRL for people to explore their curiosities and find meaningful human connections of all kinds. Feeld’s progressive mindset includes a remote-first work model and a baseline salary of £60,000/year. With over 20 sexuality and gender options in-app, Feeld is a space for experiences that make us feel alive and connected.

    Further information

Amsterdammers have become increasingly more curious in recent years, especially those who are already Feeld Members. In the past year alone, kink as a sexuality preference grew 1.3x, BDSM by 1.36x, submissives grew 1.48x, and doms grew 1.39x. Brat is also an increasingly popular desire in Amsterdam, tripling in voiced interest on Feeld in the past year.

Throughout the week, Amsterdam residents can expect:

    • Takeover of WIHH in partnership with The Oh Collective, presenting FINDOUT:HERE, a night of artistic exploration in a vast gallery of visual and sensory delights, including a vending machine from Self Studies, with goodies that encourage Feeld Members to explore, internally and externally.
    • Provocative, enlightening, and educational OOH that stirs curiosity and encourages sexual experimentation, evolving throughout the week to inspire a journey of self-discovery; with photography from Amsterdam Feeld Members Annie van Noortwijk and Marije Seijn.
    • A Green Light District, inviting Amsterdammers to immerse themselves in after-dark parties in unconventional venues, flipping everyday shops like Pansy, Bar Bacan, Inkorporated and Lellebel into playgrounds of exploration, education, and connection for the night.
    • Engaging boats cruising the canals, with displays of how Feeld Members have f*cked around and found out; inspiring what’s possible when you get curious.
    • Collaborations with The Queer Agenda, Amsterdam-based queer collective, welcoming the city to meet new people over a dinner at TILLA TEC on July 18th; and a party at Waterkant on July 19th.
