Feeld x The Feels Queer Edition

Created by Allie Hoffman as part of her masters degree thesis work at Columbia University’s Spirit Mind Body Institute, ‘the feels’ is a 3-hour evening that includes an 80 minute facilitated experience. The format builds off the work of Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Dr Martha Eddy, the Buddha + the Tavistock Institute - among others. ‘The feels’ level 1 experience guides you through pairings that include meditations, prompts, positive reflections, and somatic elements like eye gazes + hugs.

This edition of the feels is for those who are ISO queer connection. It's open to all sexual orientations and gender identities within in the LGBTQIA+ community.

It’s designed for those who are -baseline- comfortable attending, knowing that consent-based, non-erotic touch is incorporated at various points throughout the evening as part of the somatic pair exercises. Modifications are always available for anyone who does not consent to touch.


the events are inclusive of ages 25-55; if you fall out of those ranges, please know we’re working on an age segmented ‘feels’ for you!

    A day of express, beauty treatments from lucie app in partnership with Sir Hotels. Sir hotels are collaborating with us to host a Valentine’s Day self-care pop-up salon.
