Feeld Intimacy Summit: Mindf*ck — Attendee Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Feeld Limited and/or Feeld Inc. (collectively, "Feeld," "we," "us"). They cover your RSVP to and attendance at Feeld’s Mindf*ck Summit at 10899 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024, on November 11, 2026 (the "Event"). PLEASE READ SECTIONS 5 (RELEASE), 7 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY) AND 11 (ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER) CAREFULLY. THEY LIMIT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. The Event will be filmed. Your consent to filming is covered in the separate Filming, Recording & Likeness Release, which is incorporated to these terms below and by reference.
1. Acceptance and formation
1.1 To RSVP, you must tick an unchecked box next to a clear statement that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Filming, Recording & Likeness Release. Both must be linked directly beside the box. You agree by ticking the box and submitting your RSVP.
1.2 You agree that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature. Feeld will keep a record of your acceptance: timestamp, the version of these Terms, and the RSVP account or email. You can ask for a copy at [email protected].
1.3 We may update these Terms before the Event from time to time, at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to RSVP and attend. You must show valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at entry. Your RSVP name must match your ID.
2.2 Feeld does not admit minors. A minor can cancel ("disaffirm") most contracts, so anyone under the age minimum will be refused entry or removed. Anyone who gets in by misstating their age does so in breach of these Terms.
3. Admission and entry
3.1 RSVPs are free, personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, traded or offered for any payment. We may cancel any RSVP we reasonably believe was transferred, resold, duplicated or made with false details.
3.2 An RSVP does not guarantee entry. Entry depends on venue capacity (set by the Los Angeles Fire Department), arrival time, ID checks and these Terms. We may run a waitlist.
3.3 You consent to reasonable security screening, including bag checks and metal detection. We may refuse entry to anyone who declines. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal drugs, outside alcohol, professional recording equipment, and any other items prohibited by the Hammer Museum.
3.4 We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches these Terms, the Feeld Community Guidelines, a staff instruction or the law, or who poses a safety risk. Our admission decisions will never be based on sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, citizenship, primary language or immigration status.
3.5 Re-entry may be restricted. You may not enter areas marked staff-only, production-only or private.
4. Code of Conduct and consent
4.1 Consent is required, always. Before any physical contact you must get clear, enthusiastic, ongoing consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Someone who is intoxicated, asleep or otherwise impaired cannot give consent.
4.2 Prohibited at the Event: harassment, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, unwanted touching, stalking, outing or doxxing other attendees, nudity or sexual activity, and illegal conduct.
4.3 No recording other attendees without their consent. You may take personal photos or videos only of yourself, of people who have agreed, and of the stage or programmed content where we expressly allow it. Never record in restrooms, changing areas, wellness or quiet rooms, or any no-film zone. Never record or share a photo of anyone wearing an opt-out.
4.4 Report concerns to any staff member or to on-site Security or Staff. We may remove anyone who breaches this Section and may ask them to delete recordings. We will not refund anything because nothing is charged, and we have no liability to anyone removed. Where appropriate, we will cooperate with law enforcement.
5. Assumption of risk and release
5.1 Attending a live event in a crowded venue carries risks, including crowds, low lighting, loud sound, strobe or special effects, slips and falls, contact with other attendees, food and drink, and the conduct of third parties. YOU ATTEND VOLUNTARILY AND ASSUME THESE RISKS.
5.2 RELEASE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE FEELD, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PRODUCTION VENDORS, SPONSORS AND THE VENUE (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY.
5.3 THIS RELEASE DOES NOT COVER claims arising from a Released Party's gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or violation of law, or any claim that cannot be released under California law.
5.4 CIVIL CODE §1542 WAIVER. For the claims released in Section 5.2 only, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which reads: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
6. Disclaimers
6.1 THE EVENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS." To the extent permitted by law, Feeld makes no warranties about the Event, its programme, speakers, performers or sponsors, or that it will meet your expectations.
6.2 We may change the Event at any time, including its date, time, venue, programme, line-up or capacity. We may also postpone or cancel it. If we cancel, we will notify RSVP holders by email. Because the Event is free, there is no refund, and we are not responsible for travel, lodging or other costs you incur.
6.3 Third parties are responsible for their own products, services and conduct. These include the venue, caterers, sponsors, exhibitors and transport or rideshare providers.
6.4 You are responsible for your belongings.
6.5 You are responsible for your own transport to and from the Event. If you drink, do not drive.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, OPPORTUNITIES OR DATA; AND (B) THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE EVENT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
7.2 SECTION 7.1 DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY for gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or violation of law, for death or personal injury caused by negligence where a limit is unenforceable, or for any liability that cannot be limited under California law (Civ. Code §1668).
8. Your responsibility for your conduct
8.1 You agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from (a) your breach of these Terms or Feeld’s Community Guidelines, (b) your wilful or negligent acts at the Event, or (c) content you record or post. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by a Released Party.
9. Intellectual property and contributions
9.1 All Event content belongs to Feeld or its licensors. That includes programming, staging, branding, signage, designs and the Event recordings. You may not use Feeld's names, logos or trademarks without our written permission.
9.2 Some things you contribute at or for the Event may be recorded or captured by Feeld: questions, comments, testimonials, survey answers, artwork or other creative input ("Contributions"). You grant Feeld a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute and display your Contributions in any media. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in them. Your name, voice and likeness are covered separately by the Filming, Recording & Likeness Release.
9.3 You confirm that your Contributions are your own, do not infringe anyone else's rights, and do not disclose another person's private information without their consent.
10. Privacy
10.1 Notice at collection. For your RSVP and attendance we collect: name, email, phone, date of birth or age confirmation, RSVP and check-in records, accessibility requests you choose to give us, safety reports, and photos, video and audio from the Event. We use this to run the Event, verify age, keep people safe, communicate with you about the Event, and create and publish Event content as described in the Filming, Recording & Likeness Release. We keep it for 12 months. We do not sell your personal information.
10.2 Sensitive information. Attending a Feeld event, or appearing in Event content, may suggest information about your sex life, sexual orientation or gender identity. California treats this as sensitive personal information. We use it only to run the Event and as described in the Release. You may ask us to limit its use, and may use the opt-out and takedown options in the Release.
10.3 FEELD LTD is the controller of your personal data under UK GDPR. Our lawful bases are contract (running your RSVP), legitimate interests (safety and security), and consent, including explicit consent for any special-category inference (Event content). You may withdraw consent as described in the Release.
10.4 Communications. We may email you about the Event. We may send SMS reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Joining Feeld marketing is optional and not a condition of attending.
11. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class action waiver
11.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and Feeld each agree to try to resolve a dispute informally for 30 days, starting from the date that your written notice is received at [email protected].
11.2 BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. EXCEPT AS SET OUT BELOW, YOU AND FEELD AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE EVENT OR THESE TERMS WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT. Arbitration will be administered by AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. It will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §1 et seq.). Hearings will be held in Los Angeles County or by video, at Feeld’s discretion.
11.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MASS ARBITRATION WAIVER. YOU AND FEELD MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, INCLUDING MASS ARBITRATION.
11.4 Public injunctive relief. Nothing in this Section waives your right to seek public injunctive relief under California law. That claim will be decided in court, after the arbitration, and the court action will be paused until the arbitration ends.
11.5 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court, and (b) seek court relief to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
11.6 Fairness. These obligations apply equally to Feeld and to you. Nothing here limits remedies available to you under law. If the class action waiver in 11.4 is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court, not to arbitration as a class.
12. General
12.1 Governing law and venue. California law governs these Terms, except that the FAA governs Section 11. Any court proceeding allowed by these Terms will be heard in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
12.2 Severability. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
12.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Filming, Recording & Likeness Release, any Featured Appearance Release you sign, the Code of Conduct and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Event. If they conflict about Event recordings, the Release (and any Featured Appearance Release) controls.
12.4 Assignment. Feeld may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor. You may not assign them.
12.5 Notices. Feeld will send notices to the email on your RSVP. Send notices to Feeld at [email protected].
12.6 No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
12.7 No gag on reviews. Nothing in these Terms stops you from making truthful statements about Feeld or the Event.
Filming, Recording & Likeness Release
Part A — Attendee Filming, Recording & Likeness Release
THE EVENT WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED, FILMED AND AUDIO-RECORDED FOR ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIAL CONTENT. YOU MAY OPT OUT — SEE SECTION A5.
A1. Consent. By ticking the box at the registration sign-up page, you give Feeld Ltd and/or Feeld Inc. ("Feeld") your prior written consent to photograph, film and record you at Feeld’s Mindf*ck Intimacy Summit (“Event”). You also consent to Feeld and its licensees using your name (only where you provide it or appear on screen with it), voice, image, likeness, appearance, statements and biographical information you share at the Event (your "Likeness"). This includes use in advertising and promotion.
A2. Licence. Feeld receives a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to record, edit, adapt, combine with other material, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, stream, display and otherwise use recordings that include your Likeness ("Event Recordings"). It applies in all media now known or later developed, for Feeld's marketing, social media, paid advertising, and branded or distributed content, including series, documentary-style content and sponsor co-marketing.
A3. Feeld controls the edit. Feeld does not have to use any Event Recording. You have no right to approve edits, captions, music, context or placement. You understand that Event Recordings may be edited, shortened, re-ordered and combined with voiceover, graphics or other footage.
A4. No payment; waiver. You will not be paid for any use of Event Recordings, and Feeld does not owe you any fee. To the extent permitted by law, YOU WAIVE CLAIMS AGAINST FEELD AND ITS LICENSEES FOR INVASION OF PRIVACY, MISAPPROPRIATION OR VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, DEFAMATION, FALSE LIGHT, AND INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF EVENT RECORDINGS AS PERMITTED BY THIS RELEASE. This waiver does not cover (a) a use that breaks Feeld's opt-out or takedown commitments, (b) edits intended to create a false and defamatory statement of fact about you, or (c) Feeld's intentional misconduct or violation of law.
A5. Post-event takedown. Being seen at a Feeld event can be sensitive. Within 30 days after the Event, you may email [email protected] with a description or screenshot and ask Feeld to remove or blur you. Feeld will remove or blur you from any Event Recording not yet published, and will not use you in future edits.
A6. Audio recording. Microphones on stage, on crews and on interviewers will record audio in Event spaces. Conversations in open Event areas are not confidential.
A7. No digital replicas or AI likenesses. Feeld will not use Event Recordings to create a digital replica, voice clone, or AI-generated version of your voice or likeness that shows you doing or saying things you did not do or say at the Event. Routine editing, colour grading, captioning, translation subtitles, noise removal, and AI tools used only for blurring, cropping or removing people are not digital replicas.
A8. Other people's rights. You are responsible for anything you wear or bring that may appear on camera (logos, artwork, slogans). Feeld may blur third-party marks or artwork. You confirm that Feeld's use of your Likeness as allowed here will not break any agreement you have with anyone else, such as an exclusive talent or brand contract. If you are a union performer (e.g., SAG-AFTRA), tell staff at check-in if you want to be excluded from featured content.
A9. Minors and non-attendees. No minors are admitted. If Feeld captures anyone who did not accept this Release (e.g., a passer-by or a vendor's staff member), it will either get that person's consent or blur or remove them before any commercial use.
A10. Security and retention. Raw footage will be stored securely, with access limited to Feeld and its production vendors under written confidentiality and data protection terms.
