CRM Manager

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

At Feeld, we are creating a world where women can explore their desires without judgment and couples can design their relationships. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product. We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for building core CRM capabilities and playing a key role in getting Feeld and our member base to our next stage of growth. (We use the term “members” to refer to users of our app.) To be right for this role, you should love data, sustainable user engagement and genuine growth opportunities.


What you will do:

  • Partner with our Growth Marketing Lead and cross-functional specialists to define and deliver a word-class CRM lifecycle that enhances Feeld's global user experience. This will include all aspects of CRM practices, including lifecycle planning, product marketing, brand initiatives, A/B testing, campaign distribution and performance analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with the brand, marketing and product teams to deliver CRM campaigns and experiments (push, in-app & email) spanning the user lifecycle, growth-centric app campaigns and transactional CRM.
  • Own lifecycle CRM, both campaign execution and reporting on experiments.
  • Develop and implement an email CRM strategy, working closely with stakeholders to introduce best practices and new ways of engaging users.
  • Improve our weekly data and reporting practices to further enhance and optimise our growth activities.

About you:

  • You’ve used Braze!
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in mobile CRM, ideally with a subscription based app.
  • You’ve built and optimized multi-channel user journeys across all user lifecycle stages.
  • You have managed multiple projects at once with strong project management skills.


Bonus points:

  • You have a 'question everything' mindset.
  • You are comfortable operating in environments that are dynamic, fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous.
