You will play a crucial role in optimizing our subscription & consumable pricing to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing models that align with our company objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to make data-driven pricing decisions.
What you will do:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and execute country-level pricing strategy for our subscriptions & consumables globally. Ensure that our pricing strategy aligns with Feeld objectives and revenue targets.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into industry trends, customer behavior, pricing benchmarks by market, FX rates and local spend power.
- Pricing Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze subscription metrics, customer acquisition costs, churn rates, and other relevant data to optimize pricing models.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Implement pricing strategies that cater to different customer segments, ensuring personalized pricing plans to meet varying customer needs.
- Pricing Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust pricing structures based on performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Product, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Subscription Packaging: Develop and refine subscription & consumption packages including developing new subscription types to increase customer engagement and satisfaction while optimizing revenue streams.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, key metrics, and insights to guide decision-making and present findings to senior management.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, preferences, and expectations related to pricing, contributing to product and service improvements.
About you:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in pricing strategy and analytics, preferably in a subscription-based business model.
- 5+ years total experience within Growth Teams, Product Management, or similar roles
- Experience in managing pricing strategy for apps on app store (iOS and android) is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and pricing trends within the subscription industry (experience in networking/dating industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented and capable of driving projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- The base salary for this role is determined by Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that this role can earn between $148,000 - $182,000 USD based on the requirements listed in this job description.
Our interview process:
- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
- Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
- We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
