Campaigns Manager

We’re looking for a Campaigns Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.


At Feeld, we’re creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centered product and are looking for a Campaigns Manager to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

As the Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for setting the brand campaign strategy, execution, and reporting. As the leader for a small team, you will bring excellent creative skills paired with a growth mentality while looking to map projects to business impact. You’re a natural project manager, brand builder, team leader, and strategic thinker ready to roll up your sleeves with an omnichannel mindset.

To be right for this role, you should have 8+ years of experience most recently focusing on Campaigns Development & Management, Account Management at a creative agency, Brand Activations, or similar.

What you will do:

  • Develop feeld’s Campaigns strategy, from ideation to execution, employing an omnichannel mindset
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute programs across Experiential / Events, Out of Home, Digital Marketing, Video, Audio, Social Media, and more
  • Manage a small team through goal setting, mentorship, and expert skill development
  • Act as the internal voice for the Campaigns function, building bridges with key stakeholders to facilitate strong communication
  • Employ project management skills to ensure excellent execution across all programs
  • Lead day-to-day campaign budget management and financial responsibility within budgetary parameters
  • Report project-based and quarterly results

About you:

  • 8+ years of experience most recently focusing on Campaign Development & Management, Account Management at a creative agency, Brand Activations, or similar
  • Experience building consumer-driven brands, bonus points for mission-driven brands
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and virtual presentation
  • You have a proven track record of successfully handling complex, omnichannel campaigns
  • Naturally creative thinker with a penchant for organization and project management
  • Proactive, an initiative taker
  • Deep interest in and curiosity about the evolution and future of sexuality, identity, relationships and culture

Our interview process:

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
  • We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
