Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our remote team and make a change in how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone can explore their desires without judgement and couples can design their relationships. We are building a safe and inclusive, human-centred product.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering a roadmap linked to product outcomes and delivering value for our members. To do so you will be running a cross functional team of engineers, designers and research.

To be right for this role, you will be capable of bringing our product to the next level: provide seamless user experience and ship the features which truly make a difference while collaborating with passionate humans working to redefine the ‘normal’ of relationships.

You will be ready to hit the ground running. Within the first month, you will have built a good understanding of our product and customers, of our market and internal processes.

What you will do:

  • Lead the ideation, development and delivery of product features that solve user problems and drive growth, partnering with User Research, Data Analysis, Engineering, Design, Growth etc.
  • Empower your cross-functional team with the context and customer understanding they need to deliver maximum product led growth.
  • Understand our funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for product led growth.
  • Look beyond the numbers and work with user researchers to deeply understand how our users are interacting with and getting value from our product.
  • Build out, maintain and contribute to an outcomes based roadmap and independently align leadership and key stakeholders across the company on your vision.
  • Contribute to the longer term product vision and strategy.

How you will grow:

  • Understand how humans explore their identity and non-conventional ways of dating.
  • Gain experience in a high growth scale-up.

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a consumer facing product role with demonstrable impact on the product.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment where you will set and be held accountable to highly ambitious goals.
  • You have a clear track record of driving successful discovery and delivery of features.
  • You are a confident, clear communicator (both verbal and written) who can create the right narrative to share your ideas at every level in an organisation.
  • Your biggest motivation is solving user problems.
  • You are deeply passionate about creating healthy relationships with respect, equality, empowerment and safety at their core.

Bonus points:

  • You have experience of working on social or community platforms.
  • You have experience working on a dating platform.
  • You have mobile app experience.
  • You have a keen eye for identifying and communicating product marketing opportunities and narratives.
  • You love to learn and are constantly looking for opportunities to grow yourself and your impact.
  • You have an interest in alternative ways of dating and identity exploration.
