Product Analyst

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our remote team and make a change in how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone can explore their desires without judgement, and couples can design their relationships. We are building a safe and inclusive, human-centred product.

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for the product data domain and dashboards that communicate product insights to the entire company. You will be a highly analytical consulting partner to Product Managers and Designers, furthering our mission to create the most progressive and inclusive dating app on the market.

To be right for this role, you should take data very seriously and make data-driven decisions to build our product.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to develop the product strategy from solid data foundations
  • Work with Product Managers to identify and validate new product features and improvements
  • Help design, execute and evaluate A/B tests to improve the user journey
  • Work with user researchers to synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into a holistic view to drive product strategy
  • Own and deeply understand Feeld’s product analytics tracking, identifying areas for improvement and tracking gaps that may enhance our knowledge of how our members interact with the product
  • Collaborate with the growth circle to align on product and growth goals, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Produce insights and analysis for the product team
  • Collaborate with data engineering colleagues to enhance the data platform to better serve the needs of the product organisation
  • Collaborate with data circle colleagues to create dashboards to monitor key product metrics

How you will grow:

  • Use your own curiosity and expertise to develop solutions to product challenges

Requirements

About you:

  • You have experience with web/app analytics on a consumer product (we currently use firebase/GA for tracking, but experience with any events tracking or product analytics would be highly valued)
  • You have strong SQL skills (Google BigQuery is a plus)
  • You have experience with reproducible analysis using R or Python
  • You have experience in supporting experimentation (eg A/B testing, user group testing), significance analysis, non-parametric methods, causal inference)
  • You have excellent data visualisation skills (using something like Data Studio, Tableau or similar)
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to communicate and translate between tech and non-tech audiences both verbally and in writing
  • You have strong storytelling skills and are able to craft the product analytics story into a wider business context
  • You are commercially savvy with an understanding of how product optimisation can affect the company’s bottom line

Bonus points:

  • You have experience with Segment or a similar CDP
  • You have experience with attribution tools
  • You are familiar with CRM tools
  • You are experienced with data modelling
  • You have experience with dbt and other elements of the ‘modern data ecosystem’
  • You are experienced with self-serve analytics (e.g. Looker)
  • You have experience with qualitative user research methods

About us:

Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture.
