Program Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Program Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

We’re looking for a Growth Program Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for developing programs to support the Growth Circle’s strategic direction, as well as managing long-term goals.

To be right for this role, you should be confident developing and managing budgets, and reporting and operating plans for all Growth initiatives. You will continually look for and implement ways to make the Growth Circle the most efficient, strategic and impactful Circle within the company.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the VP of Growth, the Growth Circle and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Be responsible for working with the different growth functions in developing strategies to accomplish organizational goals
  • Own all group meetings within the Growth Circle (preparing decks, docs, presentations, running the meetings and developing and implementing action plan follow-ups out of each meeting)
  • Be responsible for the onboarding of all new employees into the Growth Circle
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors in order to drive the business objectives of the Growth Circle
  • Uncover business challenges and opportunities and work cross-functionally in order to create appropriate solutions
  • Manage the internal Growth Circle OKR planning, execution and reporting

About you:

  • You will have proven experience in developing and executing on strategies in order to accomplish organizational goals
  • You will have a working knowledge of marketing functions (digital, OOH marketing, affiliate, performance, social)
  • You will be a great organizational planner
  • You will have experience implementing change management
  • You will have non-technical Program Manager experience
  • You will be excellent at deck-building, with solid presentational skills

Our interview process:

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have about our culture and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and culture.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • The final step in our interview process is a call to follow up with any questions you have that have been left unanswered at this stage of your application.
  • Of note: All of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
