Revenue Manager

We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to join our remote team and change how people perceive dating, sexuality and relationships.

At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Revenue Manager to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

As the Revenue Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for managing the revenue of the business, as well as managing long-term goals of the business at whole. This role will be key in ensuring subscription prices and consumables are aligned to the value users are receiving.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute on the strategy for Revenue growth at Feeld, including our existing products, packaging, and pricing
  • Own the price points across all platforms and products, including pricing optimization and elasticity testing
  • Perform regular revenue assurance exercises to ensure all users are charged the correct price
  • Researching competitor pricing practices, market trends and new opportunities
  • Build and maintain reporting tools to efficiently track revenue performance
  • A/B test setup, monitoring and understanding of results
  • Own revenue performance and reporting across all Feeld platforms using our data tools (Holistics, BigQuery)
  • Advise key stakeholders on ecosystem performance
  • Localise prices based on Geolocation and App Store, including building country specific pricing strategy and segmentation
  • Manage ARPPU goal setting and hitting
  • Work collaboratively with other business units to determine and test pricing tiers, packaging and bundle

About you:

  • 3+ years specifically in a comparable role, having managed complex and numerous price points across multiple products and/or perform revenue assurance projects
  • 5+ years total experience within Growth Teams, Product Management, or similar roles
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Proven track record of generating additional revenue through pricing optimisation
  • Experience with both consumables and subscription products preferred but not required
  • Good understanding of value based pricing
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, modeling processes
  • Proficient knowledge of modeling and algorithms
  • Experience with setting up and interpreting A/B tests

Bonus points:

  • Experience in the Gaming or Dating industry

Our interview process:

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
  • We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
