At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone can explore their desires without judgment and couples can design their relationships. We are building a safe, inclusive, human-centered product and are looking for a full-time Social Media Lead to join our newly established Creative team.

You will be responsible for building, shaping and scaling Feeld’s social media presence across platforms. You will contribute to overall content strategy, identify opportunities and seek ways to support brand positioning and growth efforts through the creation of compelling social content and delivery of high-performing campaigns. This role is crucial to Feeld’s next stage of growth, and the Social Media Lead will develop key channels as a growth lever, enabling the Feeld community to grow, learn and build meaningful connections with other humans.

What you will do:

  • Oversee and implement social media strategy across all platforms.
  • Own, plan and create social content, campaigns and amplification plans in support of brand and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring social content is in sync with other outlets (blog, press etc).
  • Work closely with Sr. Creative Director, copywriters and design team to create new content and campaigns.
  • Translate Feeld’s long-form, partnership-led and employee engagement content to social platforms.
  • Collaborate on influencer and partnership strategy to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with growth team on paid distribution channels and identify opportunities beyond traditional social media platforms.
  • Report on performance and track competitor activity and developments in the industry, with a view to position our platforms as an industry leader.
  • Oversee community management across all social channels, in collaboration with the CX team.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to identify opportunities for growth and translate that into concepts and content.

About you:

  • At least three years’ experience in social media management, ideally in a global brand.
  • A demonstrated ability to engage and increase social audiences.
  • Comfortable delivering quality multimedia content and campaigns at speed in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent judgment, particularly during breaking news and other politically or culturally sensitive events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with various lead times.
  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of engagement and social media campaigns.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep interest in the evolution and future of sexuality, identity and relationships.
  • Profound interest and understanding of the LGBTQIA community and what resonates with them.
  • In-depth understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Tumblr, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit.

Our interview process:

  • Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have about our culture and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
  • Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
  • Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and culture.
  • The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
  • The final step in our interview process is a final call to follow up with any questions you have that have been left unanswered at this stage of your application.
  • Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
