Exhibitionism

DESCRIPTION

Exhibitionism is a sexual interest in being seen or watched by others. This might involve being naked, expressing yourself sexually, pleasuring yourself, or being sexual with someone else. The appeal can come from being seen, from the vulnerability of sharing yourself, or from the excitement of knowing someone is watching. When it’s practiced ethically, exhibitionism is grounded in consent. Everyone involved—whether participating or watching—knows what’s happening and has agreed to it, so the experience is shared rather than imposed.
